Like Jim said, collector's corner if it's related to single chip collecting. If it's a want to buy/trade/sell you want, then instead of forums, click on classifieds.
The website is fine now, it was completely upgraded for 2015 and no problems posting.

Wherever you end up posting, most members when they log in click the "New Posts" option to see all new posts since their last login.
