Question Regarding Nevada Casino chips that were issued prior to 2000:
Have the classisications or ratings that were given in the 11th. edition of the TCR changed much with today's (15th. edition of the TCR) Just wondering if the older chips have kept their value? All comments and opions appreciated. Thanks
