A year or two ago, PayPal changed the link you click to enter the label printing process. Now after logging into PayPal with your id and password, you go to

There used to be a way to create labels one at a time without having an ebay sale to link it to. I can no longer find a way to do that. The MultiOrder method will work to create only a single label but it was obviously intended for use by a dealer who loads the addresses from a file of some kind.
