I just did a little googling, and the rolling pin is apparently an English symbol for wedded bliss, which ties in with the wedding ring and hearts also depicted on the chip. It seems some English brides wear little silver rolling pins.

My own theory is that it serves as a warning to errant husbands of what awaits them when they come staggering home after a long night of gambling with the boys. ;)
