I had a chip sell 13 days ago and 1 invoice and 2 messages going unanswered, I want to take the next steps. I'd prefer to do the 2nd chance offer to the runner up bidder. How do I retract it with the 1st buyer? Cancel the sale? I'd hate to sell to 2nd, then have the original buyer pay the invoice unexpectedly. Does ebay expect this to be reported 1st?

Advice please from you regular ebay sellers...
