Allan, the Meeks Bay chips were in earlier Chip Racks but not the most recent one, which I think is the right call by the TCR authors.

Meeks Bay Resort is on the southwest shore of Lake Tahoe, in California, and by all accounts did have gambling at one time. These chips aren't worth much - $3-$5 each, in my opinion. I think I paid $15 for a full set several years ago.
