I don't have that chip. Is it a "Hot-Orange"?
The three chips I've shown is like a "fluorescent" orange (hard to describe unless you have the chip).
It's almost like it's radioactive, like it would glow-in-the-dark!

If you hold the chip up to the monitor is it almost the same color?

I'll try a canary background while scanning to see if it helps.
