Just ranting about the post office. Just imagine how those people in line behind the dips-hits felt. Another thing I used to do was if someone came to the counter with a certified or anything and wasn't ready, I would give them the forms they needed, point them to a table where there were pens and tell them when you're finished finished get back in line. I hate it when the clerk lets them stand there filling out forms while they wait on me.

I also took the phone off the hook so customers couldn't call me with their stupid questions like "what time do you close." damn it if you have something to mail don't wait until closing time!
