I'm still waiting for a REGISTERED package from Spain that apparently has been lost in Customs in NYC since August and still no word. Local post master has given me at least 4 different phone numbers to try calling for help but no one ever answers a phone at Customs or at the USPS customer service numbers. Surprising this would happen with registered mail. I've had regular international airmail lost before but this is the first time I've had a registered letter lost. I know it's really customs but you would think the USPS could help resolve this.
