match covers (without the matches) because they are easier to store and see in a book...match cover collectors collect different catogories such as cafes, states, girlies, gas stations, trains, and others.....the only exception where the matches would be kept intact is if it is a "feature" where there is art work on the matches.

To mail full match books is dangerous and a disregard for the law.....both good reasons to do the right thing....
