That is strange for sure. I can see what happened but, have no idea how it can happen. I'm not familiar with the manufacturing process. It appears the chip was pressed and the rotated the distance of one hat and cane and pressed again. That reverse hat and cane goes in different directions a couple times on the chip. You notice the two hat and canes to the right of the blue insert are not matched up perfectly, there is a hint of the second pressing there as well. Just curious, is the chip double pressed on the other side too?
