2nd place has no option or obligation if they do not win the auction. After winner selects 10, I will edit the images to remove the selected chips, then repost the remainder (in this case 59 chips) then we start at a low bid again for a brand new auction. That way you can run hard at the chips you want, not getting stuck if you come in 2nd.
