My bank wants $1.26 today when the euro is at $1.18. Not horrible but still expensive, especially if you bring some back and repay the fees. An online place wanted $1.34 so they are out. I will check with my credit card company. They claim a 3% fee but I don't know if that includes getting cash which normally has added fees.

Is there anyone here that lives in Europe and has access to the euro and wants USD in their Paypal account?
