Don't people just, like, walk across the Boardwalk and into the World's Best Water Park, a/k/a The Atlantic Ocean? Unless the development will offer something really interesting, say, diving for old Revel casino chips or sliding down a waterslide lined with Pai Gow tiles, I give the idea maybe 6 months before failure.
