"PSR" = Presentence Report - it contains information about the offense and the offender to assist the court in sentencing, and if there are sentencing guidelines for the offense it will assign scores to the factors relevant to determination of appropriate sentencing options. Since he has been on release, I have to figure the plea agreement and the anticipated guidelines anticipate probation, but that's no guarantee.
I am amazed they kept a plea agreement sealed. In my state, those are revealed when the plea is entered so the court can make sure no false promises or threats have been made to induce the plea.
