Thank you so much for your opinions, gentlemen. I saw it on Ebay earlier and thought it might be worth the $9.50 I just spent to buy it hoping it might actually be an error chip. Could be a chance well taken, hopefully.

Most would say not an error
I tend to see it as an error chip...
"QA" is also "QC"... Quality Assurance/Control
