Not so much bleeding CHIPCO ... but....

PVC plastic.

Here is a prime example of what damage some soft 2x2 flips will cause to CHIPCO bleeding over long periods of storage. This usually does not happen with NON-PVC flips, which are much stiffer than the softer pliable flips. Collectors should periodically examine their flips closely to see if their chips are being damaged. One has to physically remove the chip from the holder to tell.
