Maybe new...or maybe not...

I've scanned the 2 chips side by side....(two scans, different backgrounds in case that helps the visual)

The one on the left has a blue star, the one on the right is more purple...

The one on the right has slightly narrower inserts than the one on the left....

I haven't bought a new TCR for a few years, so this may be in the current one but it isn't in my 2012 or on the Chipguide....
