Sometimes it's "Sherbet" and sometimes "Sherbert" in Paul-son sales literature.

And "Munzell" should probably be "Munsell" for the Munsell color system developed by Prof. Albert H. Munsell about 100 years ago. But then again, he might have copyrighted the name so Paul-son may have called it Munzell to avoid trouble.
