J have 5 colors of these Roulettes that I have acquired over the years from some prominent Nevada chip dealers and collectors.

I know they are NOT listed in TCR, but I have 100s of Nevada Roulette chips in my collection that are also NOT listed in TCR.

Just because they are NOT listed does not mean they do NOT exist.
