To all the chipologists!! Help!

This chip is quite unique, at least from my standpoint.

When you pass your fingers over the surface of the chip, in both sides you can feel the imprint of the black symbols/letters in the inlaid.

The rim is also sl. translucent.

In Cuba, in the "Oriente" they used to make very similar chips, except the surface was very smooth. These appear to be a similar material to bakelite/catalyn spectrum being used at about the same time in the USA.
