Not sure what to make of this. I can say that it is quite old. Sticker may be original to the chip.

I have the NYCC chip on my site as it looks like a c&s even though it is a sticker not an inlay.

The buck doesn't even look like an inlay so not for me. It does make sense for the sticker to cover the entire chip since it is supposed to be a buck, not a chip.

I've never seen this before. So, maybe the word "unique" applies.

Looking for c&s in trade (preferably a chip I need)
