Yes Lyle, I use CS6. As you said I selected each chip separately and corrected the color. I selected a green that I know is most probable on an old hub illegal. Then, with a brush in the color mode at about 50% opacity I go over the chip. From there I might hit it with more or less color at different opacities, adjust color balance, brightness, saturation, etc. It's just baby steps of many things until I'm happy with the results. It art more than science. Like I said earlier, when the description was of a green and yellow chip, I knew right away what they really looked like.
