pssst! wanna straighten out your image?

I just received this chip from Walter D. and was in the process of scanning it.
I thought I'd give a tutorial on how I straighten out my chip since I was doing it anyway.

Adobe Photoshop CS2 is the program I use.
Maybe other programs have something similar?

1. Open your image in Photoshop. In the Toolbox, right click on Eyedropper Tool. In the drop-down menu click on Measure Tool.

2. Click and drag a line that should be either horizontal or vertical. I've selected a line that should be vertical. It's the right side of $1.

3. Click on Image (at the top) and in the drop-down menu point the cursor at Rotate Canvas. In the next drop-down menu click on Arbitrary...

4. A Pop-Up Box will appear. Click on OK.

5. The image will straighten.

Donations are not accepted.
However your tutorial tips in scanning appreciated!
