This is great and see photo*vbg* I can not count the number of Foreign stamps I received as part of a "lot" I don't want. I have Forever stamps, 70¢ and 21¢ stamps and can't make them equal $2.32. I'm getting $2.31 and just used my last $2 stamp yesterday. Was there a postage price increase at the beginning of the year? I know it's pretty bad that I don't know.
