I just got the new book "Fuller's Index Plus: A Compilation of State, County, and City Gaming Records 1927-2013" from Howard Herz.
This is a huge book, almost two inches thick, with an alphabetical list of every casino and club in Nevada over the past 80 years. Many of the entries also include names of the clubs' owners, along with locations and dates of operation.
I have already learned a few new things, and I recommend this book to anyone interested in Nevada casino history.
(I still have the same criticism I've had for past editions of Harvey J. Fuller's "Index of Nevada Gambling Establishments," that state gaming records alone don't tell the whole story of when casinos opened, closed, or changed names. But this new book does have many updates and corrections from the older Fuller Index.)
