I tried to pick out $2.50 chips for this response. Hard to tell sometimes whether the inlay is really black or is printed with a background that is mostly dark... like black marble or the night sky (is midnight blue really black?). Anyway, black hot stamped chips with no inlay at all are definitely not black inlays .
