I feel like an idiot when i can't straighten out issues on my computer by myself so here goes:

Up until 3 days ago when i opened an email i had a drop down box on the right side near the top of the message allowing me to; forward, reply, reply all, print, etc. All of a sudden the drop down box is gone. I looked at Chris' computer and her outlook.com and she has the box so it's not a change that outlook.com made. where oh where is my drop down box? i looked everywhere i know how to!!! thanks!!!
