I was just reviewing some of Ebay's "policy changes" and noted this simple but potentially costly line: "The cost of return shipping for an item that is not as described is the seller's responsibility!"
IMO, all a buyer has to do is say the item is not as described! Period! This covers Buyers' remorse, change of mind, later decision and a host of other possibilities.
I am wondering if it is worth the trouble and energy to sell anything on Ebay anymore, especially when the "base" fee is at least 13%.
I can remember when this used to be fun.
