The GPC is the major sanctioning body overseeing Giant Pumpkin growing. Lots of pumpkins grown in Ohio. These pumpkins can get really big. Some of the weighing stations won't bother with any under 500 pounds. The really big ones can get to 1200 - 1500 pounds!

I'm guessing your tokens were issued at the Fair for some specific purpose. In Oregon, we have craft-brew festivals and they have wooden tokens you buy at the entrance to sample the various beers being shown. Setup in downtown Portland on the river each summer during beer drinking time .
