stupid high on many things coupled with (in my opinion) a suspicious under-bidder (only other bidder is someone with a feedback of 1 with 100% of their recent bidding activity just on this one chip...smells like a shill to me) and an obvious lack of current values equals too much spent. Just my opinion, though.
