I had two chips a few weeks ago
No idea about price
I asked for help and two people offered to buy at the suggested price
I sold them both and we are all happy

I think it is fine to ask for help with pricing

I find that there are a lot of good honest collectors that will provide good help

Then the seller has to decide to sale or not.
