have had some plumbing issues only to find out tuesday that the floor in our Basement has to be broken up to replace a 2 foot section of pipe under the concrete floor needless to say its on the finished side of our basement YES MY MANCAVE!! We have spent all evening clearing it out carpeting has to be pulled and some of the paneling and wood stucture has to be torn down not a good feeling BUT............ I have the best ALLSTATE policy available and the entire repair is covered down to replacing any existing structures , carpet and anything else that is removed!!! I dont care what anybody says YOUR IN GOOD HANDS WITH ALLSTATE!!!
