IMO, A.C. can't maintain the number of casinos they did in the past. Nothing would be worse than a Boardwalk littered with closed casinos. A school purchases the building (taxes for AC), construction jobs for the area and (once completed) a bunch of college students on the Boardwalk. Great for any business in the area.
