Question on the Bill Borland Blue Book of Casino Chips and Tokens; how many of these books were ever made?

I'm aware that every copy was signed and numbered and personalized, is there a list of who was presented with each number?

I’m still guessing these little gems still are worth around $200 - $300 correct?
