Login to PayPal and go to "Activity" and the "Statements" drop down menu.

Use the calendars to select the range of activity you want exported. Click on "Activity Export" and select "comma delimited file". Message will say they will send you an email with the URL of the report you ordered.

Didn't work this way when I tried earlier so maybe they are still designing.
