Yes the Strip has all sorts of Low-Lifes hanging around, but there is safety in numbers with all of the crowds and cops. But up by the SLS there are no crowds walking the streets, except for the low-lifes. It's just not the same as the South Strip. Nothing different than other touristy areas. Ever been to So. Cal. and done the Walk of Fame on Hollywood Blvd.? Strange folks abound there, but you don't feel unsafe, half a block off the Blvd. ... Wouldn't go there. Nothing different here.
