The inserts are going to go in opposite order when you reverse the chip. If they have the same graphic in the inlay, the inserts will go clockwise on one side, and counter-clockwise on the other.
Part of why there are so many insert order variations regarding Harrah's is, when you have a different graphic on the reverse side, the front side of the chip should always have the color of the inserts in the same order. But for some reason, and it only seems to happen with Harrah's chips, you can look at the front of two chips of the same issue, and one chip has inserts in one order, and the other chip will have them in counter-clockwise order. Not a lot of research has been done as to why this happens. The guys at TCR don't think anything about it. I'm not saying that as a knock against them. They don't see it as a true variation. That's their prerogative; it's their book. Some of us think it is. It's why we have included it in The Chip Guide and give them their own unique CG number.
