It looks like Oklahoma Johnny Hale organized "the Seniors" poker tournaments. The colors of your chip match the colors of some similar chips used at the Oceanside Card Casino (Look them up on the immensely valuable chip guide).

I don't think that this was a live chip, nor do I think that it was issued by the casino. It would appear to have been issued by Mr. Hale himself.
