Bet you didn't know about "TOGA CHIP GUY" from Saratoga, NY. He has a home page filled with the history of Saratoga chips--only they are the edible kind. Potato chips were discovered (invented) (first made) in that city. Alan Richer is the "Chip Guy" but his home page has a neat history of Saratoga--and he has our kind of chips from all the Saratoga/Balstan Spa illegal casinos.
