I was playing a machine (I think it was a silver strike machine) at Luxor years ago that had some type of error in the programming. I don't remember the details but I remember that it paid out wrong twice on the same type of win. I didn't have time to complain to a slot attendant so I don't know if it ever got fixed or not.
