There are dealers for record collections, just as we do for chips. Often they have ads in local papers for record collections wanted. Short of that, google for record collector's shows / dealers in your area and you should be able to find an interested party that way. [Craigslist?] I'd try to help more, but all of my record collecting people are here on the west coast.
Prices. On some of the estate sale finds I've sold, in bulk, 45's might be only 25 cents each, for common stuff, but several dollars each for better material. Original, undamaged sleeve = more $$$. Sometimes the sleeve is worth 10x what the vinyl is.
eBay is a pain in the * as shipping packaging is a lot more of a problem for records, than for chips, but they can go Media Mail.
