Reminds me of my trips to Japan. Big favorite there is squid on a stick. Several people on several different trips ate the cows intestines - and every one of the Americans I know got food poisoning from it. They had a party for us once and one of the items was sashimi - basically raw fish. Nothing wrong with the type of fish but the problem was even though most of the side of the fish was sliced into edible bites the fishes mouth was still opening and closing. Talk about fresh!
