A few weeks ago I checked into creating shipping labels for items not purchased on Ebay.
A.J. was kind enough to explain it to me.
I used the link: https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_ship-now and it worked great. Today I needed to create another label and it doesn't work anymore.
I spent an hour on Ebay and PayPal but found nothing.
Can anybody please tell me what's going on?
