WOW! Tore both quad tendons! I tore my right quad tendon in May (stupid fall on three steps). I was in a locked brace for 6 weeks and have been in PT since. Expect to be through the end of the year (at least). I can imagine what you've gone through with both of them. My sympathies!!!!
