I've never had a bubble pack envelope returned because it is too thin. I think there is technically a 3/4" minimum thickness requirement on the package but have never found it necessary to put filler in a bubble pack with a chip.

And your shipments are very well protected, Robert. I do find it necessary to have a sharp knife nearby when I open one, though . Your tape is very strong and it doesn't peel off!
