A few points:
(1) Don is wrong above when he says "As an aside, I routinely send USPS 1st class packages (padded envelopes with a chip or two in them) for $1.93 using PayPal to print the mailing label (and postage). Cheaper than taking it to the post office, and of course you do get free tracking and free $50 insurance. " The free $50 insurance comes only with Priority Mail (and maybe some more expensive mail classes like Express Mail), and Priority mail costs about $5 at the cheapest.
(2) Yes, the PayPal $1.93 labels give you free tracking and it can weigh up to 3 ounces for the $1.93. Small point: you can use a regular envelope as well as bubble wrap, but it should be greater than 3/4th inch thickness at thickest point, so good idea to stuff parcel with plastic peanuts, for example. (Maybe overkill, but I send chips in a strong plain envelope, and inside the envelope I have the chips sandwiched between thick cardboard and cut-up bubble wrap, never a problem -- $1.93 for up to 3 ounces and free tracking w/ PayPal label.)
