Ian I think most chippers use the bubble envelopes and ship thru the Paypal labeling. 1 to 3 chips go for $1.93 as a small package with tracking included. If you use a plain envelope you can send it cheaper, but no tracking and it will be subjected to all the normal mechanical sorting machines which can damage the chip easily.
