The loss of 15,000 parking spaces in the soon to be closed casino parking garages is going to have a significant effect on parking for Boardwalk events such as major headliner concerts, sports events at Boardwalk Hall, beach goers, shoppers, air show attendees, parades, Miss America pageant, etc. Those Boardwalk properties that remain open will be forced to raise parking fees to discourage non-casino customers from parking at the remaining few casino garages on the Boardwalk.
