Was looking at this to possibly add to my Million Dollar Display collection. Finally found an item I don't have:

This item has been listed for awhile, and I have seen the price drop.

I have the famous photograph of the Binion's in front of the MDD, but what exactly was this used for? Is it more than likely unique?

Any ideas or information would be appreciated.
